Summary

Sylene is a of an aquatic-based humanoid species called the Echola. She was picked personally by the council to act as a secretary to diplomat Leman Trellis at the summit of nations. Sylene is endowed with psychic powers which allow her to read emotions, sense hot/cold intent, pneumatic vision, slight premonition and telekinetic manipulation. She is also endowed with aquatic agility natural to her race. Despite these exotic abilities she is most valued for her calmness, sharp memory and professionalism.

Equipment

• Psychic Circlet - A circlet worn on the head which augments Sylene's psychic powers.

• Echola Quills - Traditional Echola quills which can be used as telekinetically propelled darts. While individually non-lethal, Sylenes dress is decorated by hundreds of these quills.

• Tidal Bomb - A compact, capsule shaped, bath product originally intended to produce water but has been supercharged to produce a (relatively) small torrent of water.

• KA Brand Communicator - A small brooch sized communicator badge with a 1km range. Works more or less like a walkie talkie. This has been issued to all of the Shanter diplomatic party
