PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
[Vehicle Mode] Scritchy is a plain metallic white hoverboard the shape of a double thick snowboard. On the underside, there are two thin metallic white cylindrical devices. Those devices are the gravity altering devices that give Scritchy his flight and speed.
[Robot Mode] When Scritchy transforms, he appears a framework of metallic white wires and rods that resemble a human skeleton loosely. His torso cavity is the most heavily shielded area of his body that protects the housing of his spark. His head has a strange flat skull sort of appearance without a lower jaw. The face is half way between the skull of The Punisher from Marvel Comics and General Grievous of Star Wars III: Return of the Sith. His optics have black mechanisms with a central glowing white core.
[Alternate Mode] Scritchy can transform his framework skeleton body into a skeleton framework armor around the torso of his partner, Dlyrra. His Face remains the same and is located on the center of Dlyrra's back.
WEAPONS & SPECIAL ABILITIES
[Mini-Machine Guns] Scritchy can sprout two appendages with miniature machine guns on the end of each appendage. They fire standard high powered Cybertronian rounds.
[Throwing Disks] CD shaped disks that Scritchy throws. Each disk's cutting ability is comparable to the sharpest steels known to humans.
EQUIPMENT
[Dlyrra] Scritchy has transmitters and recieves specifically calibrated for a connection between another Sector 7 Allspark creation known as Dlyrra and himself.
[Gravity Manipulators] These are two thin devices created from Cybertronian tech in secret by Sector 7. These devices alter how the force of gravity acts upon Scritchy. They allow Scritchy flight and superior speed. Enough electro-magnetism can oppose forces of gravity. Whereas it would be an interesting idea, the devices are not complicated enough to alter weight in specific ways: for example, Scritchy cannot alter the force of a punch by altering the weight of his hand or throw himself on someone crushing them by altering his own weight. These devices only alter his overall speed and give him flight.
[Universal Keys] Scritchy's fingers can transform into array of shapes and circuitry allowing her to interface into all computers, finger and eye scanners, as well as ordinary locks. Scritchy must scan what she is unlocking in order to transform her fingers into something useful. If Scritchy's optics are blinded, it would be virtually impossible for her.
TRAITS
[TV] Scritchy somehow by accident is able to pickup television transmissions. He can watch TV in his own mind at any given point in time or allow the audio of the transmissions to be played through his vocal processor. He is restricted by range and signal blockage.
PERSONALITY
Scritchy is indeed strange, and more annoying than violent. Eight years of Sector 7 trying to calm him down made no progress. Hyperactive is an understatement for Scritchy most of the time unless he is on retcon or having private moments with his partner, Dlyrra. Scritchy has been reprimanded on many occasions for sneaking up on people, scraping anything around him to make noises or just to scrape, hovering in inappropriate places to hover, and performing various pranks.
When Sector 7 brought him to life from a hoverboard, they had Scritchy isolated expecting a violent birth. For three days straight, all he did was scrape everything in his isolation chamber slowly with a quiet electronic laughter. He creeped everyone out. There were those that believed he was defective; then, he began quoting Malcolm from Malcom in the Middle in his isolation chamber. That creeped even more people out. Since then, his regular voice has still been the voice of Frankie Muniz.
Scritchy has his moments where he enjoys being the center of attention, but he is just as amusing sneaking around and stalking quietly for hours. One of his pranks can be several days in the making. Sector 7 even took him to get military training after too many incidents of Scritchy releasing more unstable Allspark creations; some hoped he would gain some discipline and respect.
Scritchy was eventually paired up with Dlyrra (another Sector 7 Allspark creation), and everyone was shocked that he interacted with her in a more calm manner; there was and still is incidents of Dlyrra just whacking him slightly when he oversteps his bounds and hyperactivity around her. Reguardless, they have a close bond.
HISTORY
Sector 7 has had quite some time to experiment with the Allspark radiation since their discovery of it. Evidence of Sector 7's knowledge of what the radiation does to electronics was proof. There were a number of experiments; some were fruitful, and some were not. A range of electronic devices were used. Scritchy was the one hundred and twelveth experiment.
Scritchy seemed uncontrollable and creepy at first. Two years went by and his hyperactivity became managable. Sector 7 proceeded with developing his education. With Scritchy being able to see television at any given moment in his head, the television helped at times and often made things worse.
Another two years went by when an incident involving releasing an unstable Allspark creation and the facility losing power, Scritchy was sent to get military training after some suggested he might develop some respect and discipline.
The training did not help him develope any respect or discipline; instead, he developed a focus that would take him away from annoying people. That was a relief for far too many Sector 7 agents. Eventually, he was paired up with Dlyrra in the espionage unit. Their skills and abilities were brought together and advised. Dlyrra and Scritchy became close as they trained to be fully cooperative. Scritchy even developed a secondary transformation to become torso armor for Dlyrra after Scritchy had enough time to become familiar with her superstructure.
