Summary
A highly gifted an talented scholar Leman Trellis had been selected personally by the Shanter Council to go to this conference in the sky. Since the Shanters lack loyals with professional disposition, Mr Trellis was entrusted with what could be considered sole representation of Shanter interests. His various qualifications are expanded on below:
- MMB.BS - Bachelor of Magical Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery
- M.PSc - Doctor of Political Science
- B.Ec - Bachelor of Economics
- Dip.MLore - Diploma of Magical Lore

Equipment
- Medi Kit - A compact container which contains enough medical supplies and implements to perform procedures ranging from first aid to open cut surgery.
- PDA - A rare pocket sized electronic organiser of unknown origin. Contains his journal, notes on magic and thesis. It also has photo taking, sound recording and networking capabilities.
- KA Brand Communicator - A small brooch sized communicator badge with a 1km range. Works more or less like a walkie talkie. This has been issued to all of the Shanter diplomatic party
