I miss having an avatar. Is anyone going to bring that back? I don't mind having no signature; I would like an avatar.

Try an avatar now. I just forgot that those aren't on by default, and didn't see the settings when setting things up. It should be turned on now.
Personally I've never been a fan of sigs, especially the big obnoxious animated ones you see on some forums, and I think they'd be particularly distracting and out of place in an RPG story thread. I think there's a way to turn them on and off for certain forums though, so if people want sigs I can look into it.

I meant in my previous post that I don't care for signatures, but I like avatars. I am going to try it out as soon as I choose the image I want to use. You are right; signatures are distracting.

I finally decided on an avatar. I changed my location as well.
